Important Scheduling Policies
- Approval Process: Once your application is reviewed and the fee for the written test is processed, you will receive additional information about preparation tools, practice exams, and instructions to download the testing platform (Examplify by ExamSoft) on your device. After submitting your application, you will receive an Application ID number. Save this number as it is required to log into the testing platform.
- Platform Setup: Candidates should plan to spend approximately 2 hours installing the Examplify software and troubleshooting audio/camera settings before their exam date.
- One-Year Rule: You have one (1) year from your application date to pass both the written and oral exams. If the oral exam is not passed within that year, the written exam must be retaken.
- Scores: Written exam scores are provided immediately upon completion. Oral exam scores are delivered via email within 12 weeks (estimate).
